Originally hailing from Lyon, France, Emilien’s passion for computing and software began in his childhood. Working in software development kindled his passion for travel as his work took him around the world. Currently, he resides in Bangalore, India, where he enjoys discovering new Korean restaurants and exploring the city on his Vespa.
Emilien has been a software developer since his childhood and still loves getting his hands dirty in code. His ability to see the bigger picture led to his rapid rise to COO of a multinational mobile development agency and brought him to India. Witnessing the quality of Indian developers but the low quality of their treatment kindled Emilen’s desire to create a better way to build tech teams offshore. One that benefited the companies and employees leading to long-term success.
