ABOUT
Originally from Tamil Nadu in southern India, Balachander pursued higher education in the UK, where he earned both his MSc and MBA. This international education laid a solid foundation for his professional journey. Apart from his impressive academic and professional background, Bala shares a deep connection with Britain through his love for cricket. He played for his university team in a prestigious English league and continues to pursue the sport enthusiastically back home in India.
EXPERIENCE
Balachander’s career at The Scalers began as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where he used his education and past experience to excel in securing top talent for the company. His proficiency and dedication led to transitioning to the Partner Success team. Soon, Bala rose to be Director of Partner Success before taking over responsibility for delivery at The Scalers.
